Order Status
You can check your order status at any time by visiting the tracking page and entering your order number and either your email address or billing ZIP code.
If you placed your order as a registered user, you can also view it in the "order history" section of your online profile (MYACCOUNT) after logging in.

Preparation times may vary depending on product availability in our central warehouse.
Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries to ensure faster fulfillment.

Order Status Notifications
For home delivery orders, you will usually receive three types of emails:
- Order confirmation (sent immediately after purchase)
- Shipping confirmation for each shipment (may be sent by the courier)
- Confirmation of delivery of the complete order
Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled, either by your choice (within 90 minutes after purchase) or due to item unavailability, a notification email will be sent.
Return Request
You will typically receive two emails:
- Return request confirmation
- Return acceptance, which authorizes the refund.
Order Status Glossary
- Created: Your order can still be canceled. This status lasts for 1 hour after the order is placed.
- Processing: We are preparing your order. It may be shipped in multiple parts depending on availability.
- Shipped: Your package has been handed over to the courier. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days (3–4 in remote areas).
- Partially Shipped: Part of your order has been shipped. You can check the rest in the order details.
- Completed: Your order has been delivered.
- Failed: Your order was automatically canceled by the system and cannot be recovered.
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled due to unavailability.
- Deleted: You canceled your order within 1 hour of placing it.
- Returned: A return request has been opened for your order.
