Goods are delivered by DHL courier in 2-3 working days on average. Under exceptional circumstances, dispatches may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or weather conditions).

Secure payments

You can make secure and guaranteed purchases by credit card, PayPal and cash on delivery. All payment information is encrypted during transmission. The card number is never disclosed to us nor do we process or store in our systems the data provided.

Free returns

Returns for purchases on motivi.com are always free. You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items, either by courier or in one of our stores according to your needs.

Promotional codes

To use a promotional code, enter the alphanumeric code in the “Promotional code” field in the basket and click “Apply”. If your code is correct, the amount and/or contents of the Basket are recalculated based on the applied offer. You can only use one code per order.
