It’s the exclusive card that lets you take part in the Elena Mirò loyalty scheme. Thanks to the card you can collect points for your online and in-store purchases, access dedicated offers, receive information on the latest news of the Elena Mirò world.

The loyalty card exists in two versions: physical, for customers who sign up for the scheme in-store, virtual for customers who only sign up on the website.

There’s no difference when it comes to the advantages.

The physical Loyalty Card is given to customers who sign up for the loyalty scheme in a Elena Mirò shop. The virtual card, instead, is assigned to customers who register on the website and don’t already have a physical card.

Both cards entitle their holders to take part in the Elena Mirò loyalty scheme and to collect points both in-store and on the Elena Mirò.com website.

If you want to replace your virtual card with a physical one, go to a Elena Mirò shop with the numerical code of your virtual card and ask the personnel.

You can sign up for the loyalty scheme by going to any Elena Mirò brand shop, or online, through the website registration page. You can access the page: from a computer by clicking “Login | Register” at the top right, from a Smartphone and Tablet by clicking the menu icon at the top left and selecting “Login | Register” on the right on the black bar.

All customers who have signed up to the loyalty scheme collect points with every purchase. Specifically, €1 = 1 point.

Yes. To collect points online, you must have registered to the Elena Mirò website and access your personal online profile (associated to the Elena Mirò Loyalty Card) before completing the purchase. If that is not the case, you lose the right to the corresponding points.

Yes. To collect points online, you must have registered on the Elena Mirò website and access your personal online profile (associated to the Elena Mirò Loyalty Card) before completing the order. If that is not the case, you lose the right to the corresponding points.

You can obtain points on your purchases:

• in-store you must produce your loyalty card at the checkout when paying and the points credit is automatically registered on the loyalty card the day after the purchase;
• online you must place your order as a registered customer and the points credit is registered within 36 hours from the expiry of the deadline for returns and only if a return is not made.

Yes. The credit is valid and can be used until the end of the current loyalty scheme.

You can check the loyalty tier, points and credit either by going to our single-brand sales points, or by visiting the “Loyalty Scheme” section of your personal online profile on Elena Mirò.com (MyAccount).

If you have not registered online, we suggest that you continue selecting the option “I have a loyalty card” and entering the number of the loyalty card created in-store. In this way you can see your loyalty advantages. 

You can use your loyalty credit both in Elena Mirò shops and online, on the www.Elena Mirò.com website

Yes, on the page dedicated to the selection of the payment method, you can use the loyalty credit accumulated on your Loyalty Card. Please remember that:

• to do this, you need to have registered on the website and have accessed your MyAccount before completing the order;
• the loyalty credit may be used for goods of at least double the value of the credit that the customer means to use (example: products purchased for a value of 100 euros = a maximum of 50 euro in loyalty credit may be used = 50% of the value of the goods);
• the loyalty credit may not be used in combination with sales and/or other ongoing promotions. In other words, the loyalty credit may only be used on full-price products that have not already been discounted.

No. To take part in the Elena Mirò loyalty scheme you must use a Elena Mirò Loyalty Card.

Yes: the birthday discount can be used both online on Elena Mirò.com and in brick-and-mortar Elena Mirò shops and is reserved for customers who have a Elena Mirò Loyalty Card. The code to be used online is sent by e-mail to customers with updated privacy consents.
